Training Schedule

Information Technology is happy to offer technology training to all Faculty and Staff members. If you are interested in learning about some new software or technology, we three options available to you.

We have hands-on workshops where you can interact with the software, please click here to view the courses offered this semester.

Do you have a project or task you want help with? Are there things you'd like to learn to do, with software you are already using? If so, Office Hours with Mason is for you. Drop in a time that works best for you.

If there is some specific training you would like for your Division or Department? Utilize On-Demand training to meet your technology training needs.

All training sessions will be held in Center Building, Room 108.

OneDrive
OneDrive for Business is an integral part of Office 365 and provides a place in the cloud where you can store, share, and sync your work files. You can update and share your files from any device, anywhere in the world with OneDrive for Business. OneDrive also ensures that you won't have to worry about losing your documents in the event of a computer issue, theft, fire or losing your thumb drive.

Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is the email client included with the Microsoft Office suite. Outlook handles email, contacts, and tasks all in one place, and allows you to create and view information using a consistent interface. Come find out how Outlook makes managing your email and calendar easy!

Excel
Do you need to get up and running with Excel to create and format a spreadsheet? Then this hands-on Excel essentials class is just for you! Learn how you can quickly summarize data with formulas and charts or simply sort and filter your data.
