Tallahassee Community College will host Aspire Day on Friday, April 19 at 2 p.m. The event will kick off in the Student Union Ballroom. Students and their families are encouraged to attend to learn about the Aspire transfer program and have the opportunity to meet with admissions navigators and academic advisors, tour the campus, and explore academic programs and extracurricular opportunities available at TCC.
The Aspire program provides a seamless transfer for students who want to attend Florida State University but also want a more personalized and affordable experience prior to transitioning fully to the university level. Students in the Aspire program are provided access to both TCC and FSU academic advisors, and academic maps for each major specifically designed for TCC students, all while earning their Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree and prerequisites for their undergraduate program at half the price of attending a state university.
