Margaret Bowman Driven by a tenacious pursuit of continuous improvement and service excellence, Margaret strives to instill a sense of belonging in students and confidence in the transfer process for students and their families. Margaret has over 25 years of experience in Florida’s K-20 system. She received a B.S. in English Education and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a M.S. in Adult Education from Florida State University. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, biking, and boating. |

Jenny Helms Jenny has been part of the TSC team since 2018. She has worked within the education system for 28 years, with 15 years in K-12 and 13 years in post-secondary education. She received a Bachelor of Science in English Education from Florida State. Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her three kids, exercising, playing tennis, and being on the water. |

Nan O’Kelley Prior to joining the TSC team in 2023, Nan worked as an exceptional education teacher at Leon High School and held positions at Sonitrol/Redwire, Community Foundation of North Florida, and Capital City Trust Company. She is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 26 and was named one of the 25 Women You Need to Know by the Tallahassee Democrat in 2018. Nan earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Education from the State University of West Georgia. |

Kim Ardley Dr. Ardley has over 30 years of experience in K-20 education. Her core competencies include educational leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork, and customer service. An alumnus of Tallahassee Community College (1983), she earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University (Tampa, 2014), a Master of Education in Education Leadership and Supervision from Florida A&M University (2002), and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University (1993). When not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her son, Sir Royce (teacup Yorkie), fishing, drawing, painting, and traveling. She is also an entrepreneur. |

Rachel Johnson Rachel is a proud TSC alumna. She has a background in small business ownership and has established and directed several non-profit outreach ministries. Rachel actively engages in community initiatives and brings a wealth of experience, passion and dedication into her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and her grandchildren, reading, riding horses, and tackling DIY projects. She is devoted to providing support and encouragement to others in every possible manner. |
